Zornate Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Zornate, your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in delivering thoughtful, aesthetic products with care. However, if you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we can help:
Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
- To be eligible, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with clear unboxing videos and images at support@zornate.co.
- Once verified, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, they move to processing and cannot be reversed.
- In case of cancellation due to unavailability or logistical issues on our end, a full refund will be processed.
Non-refundable Items
- Personalized, limited-edition, or sale items are not eligible for return/refund unless damaged.
2. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Zornate Shipping Policy
- We currently ship across India.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 5–8 working days, depending on location.
- Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen conditions (weather, public holidays, etc.), and we’ll keep you informed in such cases.
- Tracking details are shared via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.

- Zornate reserves the right to cancel orders found to be fraudulent or in breach of our policies.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only applicable for defective or wrong items, subject to inventory availability.
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a complete unboxing video and product images.
- We’ll arrange a reverse pickup and dispatch the replacement as soon as the original item is received.
